Stay safeguarded against cyber threats with SureShield’s state-of-the-art solutions. Explore our newest innovations today:

Remote Agents Scan

The process for scanning remote agents has been enhanced, offering greater flexibility and customization for each customer. Previously, SureShield conducted scans for all agents on a predetermined schedule. Now, customers can configure scans for their remote agents to suit their specific needs.

The REMOTE DEVICE SCANS setup option, found within the SECURITY SCANNER SETUP in the Scanner Console module, has been updated to include remote scan configuration settings. Customers can now define their scan parameters and set recurrence schedules according to their requirements.

All existing customers with remote agents have automatically been updated to a default configuration, scheduling their scans to run monthly.

The Security Scanner Console and Compliance Scanner Console have been combined into a single dashboard called the Scanner Agent Console. Each tile and the grid in this dashboard now include a summary from security and compliance scans.

The Assets table in the Remediation Task Details page was not displaying the vulnerability proofs.

In the Asset Details page, the ignored vulnerabilities list table will no longer display a row if the vulnerability is not currently present on the asset.

Similarly, on the Vulnerability Details page, the ignored-on-assets table will no longer display a row if the vulnerability is not currently present on the asset.

Information System Details

The information system setup has been improved to include more detailed configurations for reporting in the System Security Plan.

System Security Plan (SSP) Report Enhancements

The information system details sections and controls implementation status display in the SSP report have been enhanced to support better WORD outputs for further edits.

“Click Me…” option to go to the primary source in the PSV task was not working.

When a match moved from MATCHES to WORKLIST and the corresponding customer user account was not activated yet, the creation of a request for verification and primary source verification tasks failed.

PartnerShield-1

When creating a new partner account, it can now be saved as a draft for later editing. While in draft status, adding additional users to the partner account and resetting the password are not allowed.

The filters in the IRIS dashboard now display a default selection for each dropdown on every selection change. Additionally, the grid no longer refreshes on every filter change to reduce processing. An APPLY button has been added to the form, allowing users to click and filter the existing report outputs.

FEEDBACK MODULE

The SureShield portal has been enhanced to allow users to report issues, provide feedback, and suggest improvements seamlessly. Users can click on the feedback icon located at the bottom right corner of the page to submit their input.

Here’s how the support/feedback process works:

1. Customer Users Reporting Issues/Bugs:

When customer users report an issue or bug, it is automatically assigned to their partner, and the partner is notified.

If the partner determines that they cannot resolve the issue, they can forward it to SureShield Support directly from within the portal.

If the partner does not resolve the issue within 24 hours, it will be automatically reassigned to SureShield Support, and the support team will be notified.

2. Partner Users Reporting Issues/Bugs:

Issues or bugs reported by partner users are directly assigned and notified to SureShield Support without any intermediary steps.

3. Other Feedback (Enhancements, Suggestions, Recommendations):

Any feedback related to enhancements, suggestions, or recommendations, regardless of whether customer users or partner users submit it, is sent directly to SureShield Support for review and action.

This streamlined process ensures that issues are addressed promptly and that feedback is efficiently routed to the appropriate teams for improvement and implementation.
